CIPF* is required when encrypting and decrypting documents, using ES. To work in the CBS* or participate in electronic trading, "CryptoPro" must be installed on a computer.

1. Removal of CIPF "CryptoPro"

Uninstalling the program is possible only if you have administrator rights on the computer. Make sure you have them!

Always remove CIPF only through the "Add or Remove Programs" shell!

Open "Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs".

Listed installed programs find CIPF CryptoPro CSP ( CryptoPro CSP). Highlight with the cursor and click "Delete". The CIPF removal program will load. Follow the instructions of the program.

When uninstalling CryptoPro CSP, there may be CryptoPro TLS in the list of programs. Delete it too.

2. Downloading the distribution kit of CIPF "CryptoPro"

You need to download the distribution kit of the program on the site "CRYPTO-PRO", after pre-registration or order in our company "United CryptoSystems".

When registering, a username and password are created to enter;

In the next window, you will see a page with a license agreement. Read the terms and conditions, click the "I agree" button at the bottom of the screen to go to the distribution download section;

We go down the list to Certified versions”, and select the link “CryptoPro CSP 4.0 R3 for Windows”, download the distribution kit to your computer.

3. Installing CryptoPro CSP 4.0

Before installing CryptoPro CSP, close all running applications;

Run the downloaded CSPSetup.exe file.

During the installation process, an information window will appear informing you that you need to restart your computer. Close all programs you are running in this moment, click OK.

Wait for the installation of CryptoPro to finish and restart your PC.

After rebooting the PC, enter serial number CryptoPro licenses:

Run "Start" - "Control Panel" - "CryptoPro CSP". On the General tab, click Enter License. Specify user information, enter license number.

Make sure the license expiration date appears in the Validity period field, or Permanent if the license is perpetual.

To participate in electronic trading, each entrepreneur must have his own digital signature. EDS acts as an analogue of a handwritten signature that gives legal force to an electronic document. To participate in electronic auctions on public procurement websites, it is necessary to provide high guarantees for the reliability and authenticity of the submitted signature in the application for participation in the tender and in all related documentation. In order to authenticate persons signing electronic documents, the CryptoPro cryptographic utility was created, which allows generating and verifying an EDS.

To obtain your own digital signature, you must contact a certified certification authority (CA), which issues a root certificate, as well as a public and private key.

CA root certificate is a file with the .cer extension that allows the system to identify the certification authority.

public key subscriber is the name file of the owner electronic key A used to verify the validity and authenticity of a signed document. The public key can be published and sent anywhere and to anyone, it is public information.

Private key of the subscriber is a set of encrypted files stored on an electronic medium. Owner private key uses a secret pin code for authorization in the system, therefore, if it is lost, the subscriber must immediately revoke his key through a certification center.

After receiving the electronic signature, it is necessary to install the software on the computer to work with the digital signature. The cryptographic provider CryptoPro 3.6 supports the state standards of the Russian Federation: GOST R 34.10–2001, GOST R 34.11–94 and GOST R 34.10–94.

Installing and configuring CryptoPro

On the official website cryptopro.ru you need to purchase desired version utilities and install cryptoprovider. Launch CryptoPro CSP and, using the installer's prompts, install the utility on your computer.
Next, you need to install the e-ID support driver. Private keys can be stored on floppy disks, smart cards, and other electronic media, but tokens in the form of a USB key fob (eToken, Rutoken) are considered the most convenient analogue. For the correct operation of the media, we install the appropriate driver.
Then you need to configure the readers. We launch CryptoPro as an administrator and in the window that opens we find the "Hardware" tab and click "Configure readers". In the "Manage readers" window that opens, click "Add". Select the desired reader (for example, for eToken, select AKS ifdh 0). After installation, click "Finish".
Let's move on to installing a personal digital signature user certificate. On the Tools tab, click Install personal certificate". Specify the path to the certificate file with the .cer extension.
Next, insert the token into the computer's USB port, indicating the private key storage container. To configure in automatic mode, you can check the box next to "Find container automatically". The system will prompt you to enter a PIN code and place a personal certificate in the store. After installation, click Finish.

Before installation, you need to understand: what is an EDS and why is it necessary to install it? EDS - electronic personal digital signature. Step-by-step EDS installation

Step 1. Open the "Control Panel" tab (using a magnifying glass or the "Start" menu).

Step 8 Now you have to install a new certificate.

Step 10 Here we need to see all the certificates that are in the store. The "Browse" button will help with this.

Step 11 Since we have encrypted our personal data, we select the appropriate folder called "Personal" and click "OK".

Step 12 Congratulations! You have successfully installed the certificate. For complete completion, click on "Finish" and wait just a couple of seconds.

You can install ready-made certificates with hard drive, and with removable media. Now let's talk about installing an electronic signature from a USB flash drive.

In fact, in addition to some actions, copying an EDS from a USB flash drive is no different from the usual installation of certificates.
