In order to update the player's software, you need to create a software disc.

Instructions for creating a disc with software:

Download the program "NERO BURNING ROM" (from http://www.nero.com/).
Install the program.
Download and unzip the DVD player software.
Attention! Do not make any changes to the software file - this will cause the player to fail!
Insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc.
Run "NERO", a dialog box will appear, select "Compile a new CD" and click "Next >"; in the next window, select "Data CD" and click the "Next >" button; then select "Create a new data CD?", then "Next >" and "Finish".
The main window of the program will appear, divided into two parts, in the right part, find the file with the software and drag it with the mouse to the left, then go to the "Edit" menu and select the "Properties" section.
Go to the "ISO" tab and set the settings according to the picture:

After completing the settings, go to the "File" menu and select "Write CD". In the dialog box that appears, select the desired recording speed and click the "Burn" button.
