Organization of animation programs in various types of youth tourism. Development of an animation program for youth tours to the Pskov region Animation program for youth plan

5. Tasks and structure of the animation service

In the process of interaction between tourists and hotel staff, the attitude of the guest to the hotel, the schedule established in it, the service, the comfort created especially for him, and hence the mood for relaxation, are formed. From the friendliness and professionalism of all the hotel staff that receives guests, it largely depends on whether the tourist wants to come to this hotel again.

It depends on the qualifications of the animators: how long will the tourist remember this rather short vacation in this hotel.

It can be said without exaggeration that an animator is, first of all, a good psychologist who understands and feels people, who is able to help them not only during the hours allotted for rest, but also at any time when vacationers feel the need for his help and services. In the hotel "Heliopark Country Resort" animators can be found everywhere. It is they who are often the first to be met by vacationers, barely crossing the threshold of the hotel. Animators accompany vacationers when visiting restaurants and cafes, on walks and parties. Thanks to their bright and recognizable clothes, they are always in sight and ready to give the attention that guests need.

The main task of the animators is the organization of interesting and varied leisure activities. Not only independent professionals are involved here, but entire animation teams that work with guests throughout the day: in the morning they are invited to game and sports and recreation programs, in the afternoon to theatrical performances, in the evening they organize various shows, birthday celebrations and discos . Teams of professional instructors-animators conduct sports competitions, organize master classes, for example, in aerobics and oriental dance, teach the basics of martial arts, horse riding skills. One of the important areas of animation activity is animation for children. There are special children's clubs on the territory of the hotel: for children 3-12 years old and for youth 12-15 years old. It offers a variety of game programs, water attractions, excursions, horseback riding, competitions, demonstrations of feature and animated films, and various clubs. All these events are carried out by animators in the form of funny clowns, characters from fairy tales or favorite cartoons. Diverse in content, staging, costumes, evening performances, which are the main part of the entertainment program. Such events are held in a different format: from small everyday scenes played by animators to serious theatrical performances. In addition to the show, the evening entertainment program also includes various lotteries, various quizzes with an educational theme.

I reviewed the service structure of the Heliopark Country Resort hotel. It can be imagined as follows:

Hotel general manager

Hotel Animation General Manager

Sports

chief instructor

mini club

Choreographer - director of evening entertainment programs

Tour animators (7-20 people), decorator, DJ

The chief in the animation system is the manager of the animation service. He reports directly to the General Manager.

As a generalist, the manager of animation activities is called upon to identify, satisfy and develop the socio-cultural interests of different groups of the population, develop targeted animation programs and social technologies for their implementation, stimulate innovative movements in the field of tourism, manage the economic mechanisms for organizing animation activities, and introduce effective pedagogical methods. development of cultural and aesthetic creativity.

Each department has specific responsibilities, but there are events that all members of the animation team prepare together.

sports department- Headed by a sports chief instructor. The work of this department is the most active and intense. Throughout the day, the animators are in direct contact with tourists, every 30 minutes they offer guests various sports activities (aqua and step aerobics, skating and skiing, paintball, fishing, shooting range). Each sports animator conducts a strictly defined number of classes and must know the rules of organized games and competitions well, as well as be able to conduct safety briefings. All sports animators must have the appropriate training, be always fit, slim, cheerful, sociable.

Show animation department. Professional dancers, musicians, artists are recruited. Also, a professional choreographer is constantly working in the department, who often combines the duties of a director of evening entertainment programs, a DJ, a decorator and a costume designer. The rest of the animators are involved in the work as needed. Show programs most often include humorous skits, excerpts from famous musicals, and dance performances. For the entertainment of guests, a striptease show is sometimes arranged. The show animation department is responsible for holding discos (both for adults and children), teaching dance moves, singing songs and other musical and entertainment events.

Mini club- an important department of the animation service. The main duty of the animators of the mini-club is to organize an interesting, high-grade rest for children, giving parents the opportunity to find entertainment to their liking. For each of the age groups, it is advisable to draw up a program in advance, select games and entertainment appropriate for the age. The animators of this department have a great responsibility for the life and health of children. Mini-club animators, in addition to the function of entertainment, also perform the function of education, so they must know the basics of pedagogy and psychology, be able to answer children's questions, explain the rules of the game, and tell something interesting.

Becoming an animator is not easy. The animator must initially possess certain work skills and abilities, and must also be psychologically prepared for this work.

6. Development of animation programs for various categories of tourists

In my work, I will try to develop an animation program for adults and children. Because, most often the tourists of the hotel "Heliopark Country Resort" are families.

So for the animator, the main task is to keep the child as busy as possible in order to give parents the opportunity to relax without worrying about him.

Animation program (for 1 day):

For preschool children:

After breakfast, parents take the children to the mini club.

10.00 - 11.00 - children sculpt various figures from clay under the supervision of educators.

11.00 - 12.00 - drawing competition is announced. Children draw on a certain topic. Then prizes are awarded to everyone.

14.00 - 17.00 - children go on a fabulous journey. Animators stage the fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland". Children take part in this, they are given roles and words. Parents can attend this event.

19.00 - children's disco, where animators spend various competitions, for the victory in which prizes are awarded.

For teenage students:

10.00 - 12.00 - sports games in the pool. For example, "Who's afraid of the white shark?", "Floating bucket" - two buckets float around the pool. At the start signal, all participants (two teams) begin to throw balls into their bucket. One player (on each team) is next to the bucket and throws all the balls that did not fall into the bucket back. The winner is the team that quickly threw all the balls into their bucket.

14.00 - 15.00 - a "knight's tournament" is arranged on the street. Participants stand on a log and fight with pillows. Whoever resists is the winner.

15.00 - 17.00 - the game "Clever and clever"

19.00 - children's disco.

For youth:

10.00 - 12.00 - water polo, volleyball in the pool. There is a football tournament on the site. If you wish, you can recruit teams and take part in paintball.

14.00 - 17.00 - all participants are divided into teams, and KVN is held. A certain topic is given and the teams come up with performances with the help of animators.

19.00 - 20.00 - horseback riding is organized.

20.00 - disco.

For adults:

10.00 - 12.00 - women can take part in aqua and step aerobics. The men go fishing.

14.00 - 17.00 - rock climbing training takes place in the hall. At the same time, people can participate in karting on the site. Or rent rollerblades/skateboards.

19.00 - 21.00 - literary evening in the hall by the fireplace. At the same time, animators perform a performance in the hall, and guests take part in it.

23.00 - disco. Animators organize competitions, such as Miss Hotel.

For families:

"Neptune Day" in summer, construction of a snow fortress, creation of an ice sculpture, snowball fights in winter.

You can also prepare a program in the form of a ritual holiday "Russian Loaf". Wooden benches and tables are placed on the clearing. In the center is a Russian stove, which is heated by firewood. Girls in elegant sundresses with kokoshniks greet guests with bread and salt. Tourists cook pies, bagels, gingerbread, loaves, try hot baking

7. Conclusion

The global growth and development of tourism around the world has a great impact on the content and organization of professional tourism education.

According to experts, at present, the inclusion of animation programs of a cultural, educational, sports, tourist, and entertainment nature in the content of tourist routes and trips, in the operation of hotels increases their prestige and demand in the tourist services market.

Having fun, a person or a group of people satisfies his spiritual needs, evaluates his own personality, analyzes his role on the scale of various subsystems. Entertainment processes are carried out both in natural and artificially created environments.

The entertainment industry, solving multifaceted problems, essentially forms and develops a person. Filling with entertainment, a person restores himself as a labor unit as part of his free time.

The entertainment industry acts as an independent, relatively isolated link in the economic system, attracting significant material, financial, and labor resources.

So, based on this work, we can draw the following conclusions:

    In the modern world, in the conditions of fierce competition in the market of tourist services, it is impossible to imagine a hotel complex without organizing animation activities in it.

    Animation in hotels is of great importance in creating a favorable psychological climate in the hotel, thereby creating the prerequisites for the re-arrival of guests, which significantly increases the image and income of this hotel.

It is important to create such conditions for young tourists under which they could organize individual elements of the game themselves. For example, to give them the opportunity to choose the venue for the game. Tourists may want to have an entertainment event in a bar, garden, disco, beach, campfire, swimming pool, etc. Offering vacationers to choose the artistic solution of the game on their own will help to establish contacts and bring tourists closer together in the group. After the game is selected and compiled, it is necessary to create an additional, backup program in case of unforeseen circumstances. After the game, the animator must make an analysis of the game program, which will allow him to give an objective assessment of the conditions for its conduct, to identify all the positive, negative points, as well as shortcomings, which in the future will make it possible not to make such mistakes.

The combination of these methods will make it possible to deeply and fully reveal and put into practice animation programs that create certain prerequisites for the development of tourist and youth activities.

The use of certain methods is impossible without mastering the scripting and directing technology of animation activities, which forms the basis of entertainment events and includes the principles of drama (mass action, which is created through building and playing the plot-figurative solution of the program) and directing mass animation programs.

Creation of the script of the program and its implementation is a creative process that requires invention, imagination, original methods of organizing the action. All this should be accompanied by spectacular and exciting episodes.

An important stage in the work on the scenario is the compositional solution, i.e. construction, arrangement of the components that make up the action, the establishment of semantic and chronological dependence between them, the order of their inclusion in the action.

As for excursion programs, they are made up of various types of excursions, and training programs help young tourists acquire various skills and abilities.

Having fun, young people satisfy their spiritual needs, evaluate their own personality, analyze their role on the scale of various subsystems. Entertainment processes are carried out both in natural and artificially created environments.

The social orientation of animation programs for young people is expressed in the fact that it serves to form new personal and social needs. Animation programs, solving multifaceted tasks (first of all, education, the formation of an optimistic mood, education, recreation, the development of human culture) essentially form and develop a personality. Filling part of his free time with entertainment, a young man restores himself as a labor unit.

When developing animation programs for young people, it is important to consider the following conditions:

A differentiated approach to identifying and taking into account the socio-cultural needs and interests of different groups of young people;

Inclusion in the animation programs of tours of popular forms of leisure activities among the youth;

Style unity between the main excursion program of the tour and its animation part.

3.3. The value of animation programs in youth tourism

Youth covers the period of life from 14 to about 29 years, when a person is more or less firmly established in adulthood. Youth is, first of all, the time of creating a family and the arrangement of family life, the time of mastering the developed profession, determining the attitude to public life and one's role in it. Youth is characterized by optimism. A person begins to realize his life plan, he is full of strength and energy, the desire to realize his goals and ideals.

In youth, the most complex types of professional activity are most accessible, communication takes place most fully and intensively, the relationship of friendship and love is most easily established and most fully developed. Youth is considered the best time for self-realization. The difficulties that have arisen are not a stumbling block, the doubts and uncertainty that accompany them quickly pass, and new opportunities for achieving goals are actively sought.

Young people have movable boundaries of their age, they depend on the socio-economic development of society, the level of culture, living conditions.

Assimilation of cultural values, knowledge of new things, amateur labor, creativity, physical education and sports, tourism, travel - this is what a young person can do in his free time and much more. All these activities will indicate the achieved level of culture of youth tourism.

The importance of needs is extremely great, because the presence of only external, even if defining conditions, is not enough to achieve the goals of the comprehensive development of man. It is necessary that the person himself wants this development, understands its necessity.

Undoubtedly, youth leisure should be varied, interesting, entertaining and unobtrusive. Such leisure can be provided by providing an opportunity for everyone to actively show their initiative in various types of recreation and entertainment.

Modern youth is currently striving for a higher social status, and tourism, as a factor of belonging to a certain stratum, makes it possible to realize this desire, in this case, in recreation.

The nature of the use of leisure in tourism will allow a young person to establish himself, which is sometimes difficult to do in an educational institution, in production. The sphere of tourism provides a young person with great freedom of choice.

Summarizing the above, we come to the conclusion that animation programs in youth tourism are of great importance in the life of a young person, as they are aimed at restoring physical and mental strength, satisfy the needs of a young person in communication, entertainment, active and outdoor recreation.

Conclusion

In the course of the study, the following conclusions:

The leisure of young people differs significantly from the leisure of other age groups due to their specific needs and their inherent socio-psychological characteristics of “youth consciousness”, increased emotionality of perception and reactions. Its content is based not only on recreation and entertainment, but also on solving life problems, since there is an active process of self-knowledge, self-realization, self-expression. Value orientations towards cultural and leisure activities depend on the possibility of satisfying personal needs.

A distinctive feature of youth tourism is that young people are the most unassuming socio-demographic group. Young people do not need high quality conditions for a tourist trip, they are more interested in a certain level of comfort, reasonable prices and rich cultural and leisure activities that meet their age needs.

The animation program is aimed at meeting the specific tourist needs in terms of movement, culture, creativity, communication, and entertainment. All these needs are inherent in young people, therefore, youth tourism needs the following types of animation to meet their needs:

Animation in motion - satisfies the young person's need for movement, combined with pleasure and pleasant experiences;

Animation through experience - satisfies the need for a sense of the new, unknown, unexpected when communicating, discovering, and also when overcoming difficulties;

Cultural animation - will satisfy the needs of young people in the spiritual development of the individual through familiarization with cultural and historical monuments and modern examples of the culture of the country, region, people, nation;

Creative animation - satisfies the need of young people for creativity, demonstration of their creative abilities and establishing contacts with like-minded people through joint creativity;

Animation through communication - satisfies the need to communicate with new, interesting people, to discover the inner world of people and to know oneself through communication.

At the end of the work, it is necessary to formulate a number of suggestions and recommendations:

Necessary pay more attention to the content and methodology of organizing animation programs for young people;

It is necessary to conduct a survey to clearly identify the needs and interests of today's youth;

It is necessary to include more popular and modern entertainment for young people in the animation programs of the tours.

Foreign experience of animation programs

As an example, one day from a large animation program of a Turkish hotel is proposed.

In a certain place, a group of animators gather to discuss the work plan for the day, which is recorded in the book "Working Time Accounting". The animation program for this day is regulated by the microphone (daytime and evening activities are listed, in German, English, Turkish and Russian).

Then there are classes in water aerobics, volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, chess and the like. A fitness trainer works with guests. Guests can also play water polo. Further games can be held by the pool for a cocktail.

Lunch break, after which guests have the opportunity to participate in tournaments in tennis, chess, backgammon, football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, water polo and the like. Guests are then invited to attend an archery class and step aerobics. Guests can also play volleyball, football and tennis. Then there is a break for dinner. After dinner, guests are offered a large-scale show program, which has a specific theme.

Remark 3

It should be noted that, on average, every Turkish hotel that has an animation service has a fairly diverse program. At the same time, evening thematic show programs are developed for fourteen days, and then simply repeated.

As mentioned above, the animation program consists of daytime, evening and mini club programs. Let's consider each of them in more detail.

Day program.

10.00 - Morning exercises. Lasts 30 minutes. The main part is light stretching-stretching, no difficult and heavy exercises. 10.30 - Darts / darts / and bocha / french ball /, is played on the grass and can take from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of participants. Its rules are somewhat reminiscent of bowling. Each player is dealt one ball, the size of an average apple. The host throws a small, ping-pong ball, ball, and the task of the participants is to roll their ball as close to the main one as possible. After that, as all the players throw, the leader gives points to the first three who are closest to the ball. The game takes place in several rounds, at the end points are calculated and the winner is awarded a cocktail. To make the game more fun, the ball can be thrown from different positions: leaning over, over the leg, with eyes closed, etc.

11.00-Water gymnastics. It is held in the pool, with fast, rhythmic music, lasts 30 minutes. Periodically, it is fashionable to change exercises so that it is not boring to do the same thing.

12.00 - Playing by the pool. This is in most cases - a game in the pool, and there is a separate program for 1-2 weeks. All animators participate in this game, and the main task is to involve as many participants as possible. We offer a description of some of the most interesting games:

1. "Surfing Taxi". Participants are divided into teams of 4 people, two stand at one end of the pool, and the other two at the opposite. The first participant lies down on the surf, swims to the opposite side and picks up the second. Already together they swim back, take the third and then return for the fourth. All this is done on time. Which team managed to do it faster, and at the same time not lose anyone along the way, that one is the winner.

There is another version of this game. There are already two surfs and two teams of 8-10 people. The rules are the same - half of the members of each team go to the other end of the pool and they will also sit down to surf one at a time. But here the teams compete with each other at the same time. And the team that was able to gather all its members faster and get to the opposite end of the pool in full force is considered the winner.

2. There is another exciting game, with the use of surfing - "relay race". Two teams participate, two surfs are involved. The first members of both teams lie down on the surfboard, row to the opposite side of the pool, touch the wall, come back and pass the baton to the next one.

3. "Basketball on the surf." The game is not a team game. A person gets up on the surf, which is in the pool, three meters from the edge. There is a bucket on the edge. The player's task is to throw the ball into the bucket, 3 attempts are given for this.

4. "Diving for spoons". The game is also not a team game. A certain number of spoons are thrown into the pool, and the player's task is to collect as many as possible in one dive.

5. Another "relay race". Two teams. Participants, one from the team, simultaneously swim to the opposite side of the pool and back. But swimming is complicated by the fact that in the mouth of the players there is a spoon with a ping-pong ball in it. And you can not lose this attribute.

6. The next game does not require physical activity. Two teams are participating. The first participants jump into the pool blindfolded. The leader throws a tennis ball into the water, and they, with the help of the instructions of their team / straight, left, right / must find it. Whose representative found, that team gets a point. And so all the participants take turns. In the end, whichever team has the most points overall wins.

7. "Tennis". Two teams participate, one representative from each is sent to the opposite end of the pool, they are given a bucket in their hands. Team members take turns using a tennis racket to try to throw the ball over the pool and get into the bucket. Each player has three tries. Whose team in total scores more points, she won.

8. Another non-team surf game. Two surfers are tied with a short rope. For each surfing, one participant lies down, and on command they begin to row in different directions. The bottom line is who will pull whom to their side. The game takes place in the form of a competition /1/4 finals, semi-finals, finals/. At the end, 2 winners are revealed - among men and among women.

9. "Tug of war". Two teams stand on opposite sides of the pool and, on command, begin to pull the rope. The task of the team is to "pull" the other into the pool.

10. "Towel". Two teams, attributes - a bucket and a towel for each team. Participants line up in two lines one after another, a bucket is placed at the end. The first participants wet the towel in the pool and pass it through the legs along the line, the last squeezes it into bucket. certain time take in more water.

11. "Volleyball with water balls." Two teams stand on both sides of a stretched net. Instead of a ball, a balloon filled with water is given. The task of the team is not to burst the ball on their side and throw it so that this happens to the opponents. 15-20 balls are used. Whose team scores more, that one wins.

12. "Water polo". It is carried out with the direct participation of animation - a team of animators against a team of guests. What does the animation usually have 10 people, and there can be 20-25 guests. The rules are the same as in regular polo, but only guests cannot touch the animation, which, in turn, is allowed to do everything - drown, prevent it from swimming, etc.

This is a list of the most interesting games, which is constantly updated. At the end of the game, a club dance is performed by the pool. Next, the animation has free time.

14.30 - Mikado. The game is not a team game, the attributes are long / about 1 meter / thin sticks. The host throws them into one pile so that they lie on top of each other. The task of the participant is to lift one at a time so that the others do not move. The game is played in 3-4 rounds. Whoever scored more sticks in total, he won.

15.00 - Cocktail game. The scale is about the same as the game by the pool, but only a little quieter, and not a team game. It also has its own program.

1. "Reflex". The leader holds a stick horizontally. The task of the participant is to catch it when he releases it. Given. 3 attempts.

2. Hulohop. Who will wind the hoop in 1 minute large quantity revolutions.

3. "Camel". Each participant takes a piece of ice in his mouth. The task is to spit it as far as possible.

Under the animation program, we mean a plan for conducting tourist, sports and recreational, cultural, educational and amateur activities, united by a common goal or plan. In addition to the concept of "animation program", the concept of "animation event" is often used, which is an integral part of the animation program. For example, if we are compiling an animation program for the day, then it includes several animation events: sports competitions, evening entertainment, games on the beach, etc.

The development of animation programs is a special kind of activity, therefore, the training of highly qualified animators is a socially significant task. The animator is engaged in the development of individual and collective leisure programs, orients tourists in the variety of its types, organizes a good rest for them, which is not only a means of getting rid of fatigue, but also a means of neutralizing the negative aspects of everyday life. A professional animator must develop such important qualities as competence, communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to work with people, a high culture of communication, non-standard thinking, business ingenuity, leadership, and fantasy.

During the day, tourists can see them at the boutique counter or teaching beginners on the court, at sports or fishing organized for tourists. In the evening, the same animators organize a colorful show involving tourists. As a form, animators usually have bright T-shirts, allowing tourists to see and recognize them from afar. On the T-shirt - a card with the name of the animator and the flags of the countries whose languages he speaks. They are friendly. They greet the tourist like an old acquaintance: “Well, how was yesterday's excursion, did you like it? Come play volleyball with us. Good memory on persons - their professional duty.

The work of animators is interesting and fun. But still, this bread is not easy. In the morning, animators conduct aerobics classes, entertain tourists on the beach. During the day, they accompany them on excursions and shopping (they will help you find a store where it is cheaper and bargain with the seller). In the evening - a show, and then you still need to make sure that the bar visitors do not get bored. Someone needs to be invited to dance, with someone just to talk. Therefore, traditionally young people work as animators.

Thus, animation programs are created by animators to entertain guests, restore (recreate) their health. However, the same program may cause some people positive emotions while others are just the opposite. The process of perception of the proposed animation programs depends on many factors:

  • - age of participants or spectators;
  • - level of education;
  • - sex;
  • - ethnic background;
  • - mood at the time of the implementation of this program, etc.

That is why it is important to differentiate the consumers of these services in advance, to have several various programs or activities to suit different tastes.

As a rule, at the beginning of a new season, the entertainment manager approves the animation program for the entire season. For each day of the week (by the hour), an exact schedule of events is drawn up, and each team member is assigned certain responsibilities for their implementation.

The general animation program is prepared in such a way that entertainment and sports elements are diverse in form, interesting for tourists and that as many participants as possible are involved in the events.

Evening shows should be repeated no more than once every two weeks, based on a typical two-week stay of guests at the hotel. The script, music, lighting, choreography, costumes - everything is clearly thought out and organized by the team members and the leader, who often takes part in the show programs himself.

During lunch and before dinner, animators meet guests at the entrance to the restaurant, wish them a good appetite, get acquainted with new guests, communicate with those with whom they played today, sit down at tables, and trying not to pause in the conversation, entertain guests and invite them to take part in games and entertainment shows in the afternoon. And the animators involved in the evening show are rehearsing the evening performance.

The general animation program of a hotel enterprise includes several areas:

  • - Sports and health direction. Sports animation is based on a healthy lifestyle. Preservation and promotion of health are the main functions of sports animation. Of particular importance in the complex of activities aimed at entertaining tourists is given to all kinds of sports activities, competitions, competitions. everything that has been developed and created by mankind in this area can be used here. this moment. These are games that have long been familiar to everyone with known conditions and rules; and completely new, developed right here, in the process of communication; and proposed by someone from the vacationers, modernized, adapted to this situation and borrowed from colleagues from a neighboring hotel. In games, animators take part as players, presenters and judges. Their task is to stir up interest and control the course of the game, resolving possible conflict situations. During the game, the animator clearly states the rules, ensures its continuity, safety, organized start and end with a mandatory outcome and announcement of the winners. Animators create such an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement that nearby tourists switch their attention to the game and gradually get involved in the process themselves. The dynamism, the groovy nature of competitiveness allows people to be liberated, to show some abilities, talents. And, besides, team games also bring together.
  • - One of the important areas of animation activities in hotels is animation for children. The presence of a mini-club in the hotel is indicated by a large colorful stand installed in the hotel lobby, at the entrance to the main restaurant or to the beach, which lists the work schedule and upcoming events for children, so that guests can quickly orient themselves at the entrance to the hotel and determine where your child. The work plan, as well as the general plan of animation activities in the hotel, is drawn up in advance and may be adjusted during the classes, depending on the contingent of children present and other conditions. In this regard, they should be successfully combined and have the optimal number of sports and cultural events necessary for the development of the child.

Working in a mini-club as an animator is a lot of work, so this person must take into account whole line physiological and psychological characteristics of children of different ages, to create such conditions that any child would be interested in it, and he could show and realize himself as a person. For organization effective work with children, it is necessary to have appropriate rooms for children to stay in the summer months and in bad weather, equipped with various equipment for drawing, modeling, outdoor and educational games, etc. Every day invariably begins with an acquaintance (children stand in a circle, say their name, repeat and remember the names of others) and has its own theme, which is revealed in the course of sports and educational activities and competitions, jointly staged small performances, concerts and holidays. The work of a mini-club in a hotel is a creative and painstaking process, and the task of a children's animator is not just to organize children's leisure, develop their cognitive, physical and psychological spheres, but also to organize such an organization in which every day spent by a child in a mini-club turns would be in a whole event, a holiday that will remain vivid impression his rest.

Cultural and leisure activities. The basics of cultural and leisure animation of tourist services in hotels are: an integrated approach to organizing events, the freedom to choose these events, theatricalization, that is, the use of various techniques (figurativeness, symbolism, metaphor, stylization) and all types of art (painting, music, literature) , while the course of the event is determined by the scenario, personification.

The traditional forms of organizing such events include:

  • carnival (folk festival in the form of a street procession, parade, masquerade),
  • Raut (a meeting of people that does not involve dancing);
  • banquet (mass meeting of people, based on plentiful refreshments);
  • Mystery (a theatrical performance of a play with a religious content);
  • raus (an event to invite the audience before presentations, cultural and leisure programs);
  • Ceremony (cult reverent / state / act, which is carried out in strict order / ceremonial /);
  • Show performance, mass spectacle.

In order to successfully compose an entertainment program for a hotel, it is necessary to determine a number of criteria, namely:

  • · a genre that creates a special atmosphere and sensations for the audience (drama, clowning, musical, etc.). At the same time, numbers and fragments should be combined in such a way that a single picture and the associated structure of the elements of this representation are formed;
  • the name of this show, which creates a mood and reveals its essence;
  • · a scenario plan, which indicates a list of elements, fragments, events in the process of their development, characters, their relationships and movement. There must be a plot, a climax and a denouement;
  • Scenario, i.e. detailing the points of the scenario plan, as well as work on the literary part - the study of monologues and dialogues, the study of speech style;
  • · Director's plan - translating literature into the language of action (if it is a production based on a literary work), compiling and coordinating a continuous effective chain, and working with technology, light and sound.

In addition, it is important - where this action will be played out (on a summer playground, in a bar, near the pool), to decide on the pace, rhythm, the inclusion of spectacular moments and the rehearsal period.

Evening shows are a major part of the hotel's entertainment program. They should be very diverse in content, staging, costumes and interesting for all vacationers. As a rule, all animators take part in them. The organizers strive to make each performance bright, colorful, memorable, each of them should have its own zest.

And evening shows can be very different in form: this is a small everyday scene played out by animators, and a serious theatrical performance, in which spectators from the hall, guests invited in advance to one role or another (see appendix) can take part.

In addition to the show, the evening entertainment program also includes various contests, quizzes, and lotteries. As a rule, a large evening cafe is organized on the territory of the hotel, where a significant part of tourists gather after dinner. For them, all kinds of quizzes with cognitive themes, competitions, coffee-games lotteries are held, such as, for example: the Bingo lottery, competitions for the best couple, Miss Hotel, Women against Men, etc. with the presentation of simple and original prizes at the expense of the hotel. In addition, the animators have a wide variety of games in stock, which can also be used during the event.

Festive events as animation objects. Event planning is one of the important points in the construction of animation programs, and the main thing here is not to miss the details that are characteristic of this particular holiday, and to bring here cognitive and attractive elements for all tourists. Animation managers build entertainment programs based on the traditions of a particular country, setting themselves as one of the tasks to acquaint foreign guests with the customs, customs, and life of the peoples inhabiting it. In hotels, evening programs are devoted to holidays; in restaurants, on this day, the menu includes a special festive sweet dessert; Throughout the day, balloons and sweets are handed out to children, and fireworks are lit at night.

In the development and preparation of entertainment complexes and programs, national cultural characteristics, traditions, holidays, and the flavor of the countries from which the guests have currently arrived are necessarily taken into account.

Organizational activity presupposes that specialists have the ability to distribute work, personally determine duties, rights and responsibilities, set the time for the completion of work, develop a system for monitoring the implementation of decisions made, and conduct business in such a way as to see and solve fundamental issues in the future.

The organization is designed to ensure the optimal interaction of the entire animation team, that is, the consistency, subordination and coordination of all its structural elements. Organization of animation activities component technological process requires strict adherence to the full professional independence of all specialists and, at the same time, the all-round development of their activity and initiative within the framework of the specific tasks of their structural divisions. As a rule, there are several such structural units. Each organizer has his own field of activity:

  • * The organizer of sports and recreational activities is responsible for morning exercises, aerobics classes, classes in pools and at sea, outdoor games, sports competitions and holidays;
  • * The organizer of entertainment programs develops scenarios, prepares and conducts all kinds of cultural and entertainment events;
  • * The organizer of work with children is engaged in children's activities;
  • * The organizer of tourist and excursion work completes groups for excursions, selects guides, etc.;
  • * Animation service manager organizes and coordinates the work of all departments. Often, the duties of a manager at domestic Russian enterprises also include solving commercial issues, organizing an advertising campaign, and many others, which, of course, affects the quality of work.

Unfortunately, few tourist establishments can afford to create a full-fledged animation service. In most of them, one or two people are responsible for all departments of the animation service at once: they sing, dance, hold sports competitions, and advertise themselves on local radio, etc.

Therefore, in most tourism enterprises, the animation management structure can be imagined as follows:

  • - hotel general manager
  • -manager-animator
  • - methodologist-animator
  • -organizer-animator
  • - animators-performers

The chief in the animation system is the animation manager. He reports directly to the General Manager, who in turn reports to the hotel owner.

The fundamental feature of a specialist animator is that knowledge of sociology, economics, political science, law, management theory, the basics of directing and a number of other socially significant and very prestigious sciences today is not an end in itself, but as an essential means of implementing social and cultural activities - initiation a person to the achievements of world culture, the comprehensive development of his creative potential.

The manager-animator must know the psychological and pedagogical foundations of managing the temporary team with which he works, be a leader in a variety of tourist teams that differ in age, composition, education, social status, and be able to influence the opinions of others.

Of great importance is the tendency to leadership, namely: the ability to take the initiative, attract and direct the attention of others, offer them a solution, the ability to speak the language of their supporters.

Managers-animators must have high business skills, deep knowledge of people's psychology, practical skills in working in a well-established mechanism.

The Animation Manager reports to:

  • · methodologist-animator (choreographer), who is engaged in preparing scripts and staging shows, developing costumes and conducting rehearsals;
  • An organizer-animator who provides the organization of the process of animation activities with everything necessary.

In addition to people who are directly part of the team, an artist (if he is not among the animators) helps to make the performances brighter and more colorful, who designs the scenery for the performances, draws announcements, posters and other materials for them, and the tailor who sews and is responsible for evening animation costumes.

Becoming an animator is not easy. The animator must initially possess certain work skills and abilities, and must also be psychologically prepared for this work. Beginners are taught all this - from overcoming the language barrier to the art of transforming into your character. In addition, special seminars and workshops on dancing, developing a program for the season, holding sports games and competitions. Every two weeks the animation program changes, so the animator's working day is very busy. Singers, professional dancers and musicians work together with the animators, who are specially invited and paid by the hotel administration.

The activity of the animator is aimed at developing the creativity of tourists, enriching the content of animation activities, searching for new forms of work, taking into account modern demands, using material and expressive means in full. And if you equip tourism workers with interesting and exciting programs that take into account age and psychological characteristics, local traditions and traditions of other countries, then this will make tourism mass, capable of involving all social strata of the population, including youth.
