Megafon login 3 smartphone unlock. Conquest of the gadget market - Megafon smartphones

For some reason, in the first lines when writing this post, I want to recall an article by a well-known party leader with the loud title "Dizziness from success ...". It is her name that can serve as a kind of epigraph to this review. For those who are not yet in the know, relatively recently Megafon introduced new smartphone from the popular Megafon Login line - Megafon Login 3. Since the beginning of February, it can already be purchased at retail network of the company's communication stores, however, against the background of the widely advertised phablet Megafon Login +, about which not so long ago they wrote on GT, its appearance went completely unnoticed.

Earlier this year, Nokia, together with Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo, which was the first to offer LTE to its customers, held a conference during which they announced their plans to begin testing fifth generation (5G) networks in 2018, with a commercial launch scheduled for 2020. year. Later, Mayor of London Boris Johnson promised that the UK capital would receive support for 5G mobile networks by the end of 2020.

I must admit, since the “second version” of logins, I have been closely following the entire line of branded devices from Megafon, because. I was extremely interested in what we would see in the “third release”. The conditions were extremely good. Judge for yourself, after Megafon Login 2 (MS3A) we saw Tablet Login 3 on a chipset from Qualcomm, which was pretty good in terms of its technical characteristics for a price of ~ 3000 rubles. (now, due to the economic situation, its price has soared to almost 6,000 rubles), the victorious march of Login + across all the country's advertising billboards - it was quite expected that a worthy continuation of the Login "s line in the form of a smartphone. However, a miracle did not happen ...

Smartphone Megafon Login 3, even for a budget model, came out very mediocre and in many ways resembles its predecessor Login 2, from appearance to technical characteristics.

In the photo Megafon Login 3 (left) and Megafon Login 2 (right).

Brief specifications Megafon Login 3

  • Operating system: Android 4.4.2 KitKat
  • Chipset: MediaTek MT6572M 1.0 GHz (2 cores), ARM Cortex-A7
  • Video subsystem: Mali-400MP
  • RAM: 512 Mb RAM
  • Built-in memory: 4 Gb (free around 2 Gb)
  • Display: 3.5” (320x480 pixels)
  • Camera 2 MPix
  • WiFi, GPS and FM radio supported
  • Dimensions and weight: 117x62x11 mm, 111 gr.
  • Built-in battery capacity - 1200 mAh.
  • Manufacturer: Huizhou Debang Industrial Co., Ltd.
  • The presence of SimLock (by default, the device works only with Megafon SIM cards)

The price of a smartphone at the time of this writing is 2490 rub., plus, in order to purchase a smartphone at this price, you must additionally purchase a communication service package, in the form of an Internet tariff, or tariff plan from the "All Inclusive" line (I do not quote the cost here, because it depends on the region of connection, you can read more about the package offer on the official website of the operator).

The Megafon Login 3 kit includes a charger, an instruction manual, and the phone itself. No "frills" like headphones, etc. not provided:

The smartphone supports 2G (GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 / GSM 850 / GSM 900) and 3G (UMTS 2100 / UMTS 900) communication standards and is based on a dual-core chip from MediaTek - MediaTek MT6572M (clock frequency 1 Ghz). Mali-400 MP acts as a video subsystem here. The amount of RAM - 512 Mb, built-in memory - 4 Gb, of which approximately 2 Gb is available for storing user data. The display is TFT, 3.5" with a maximum resolution of 320x480 pixels. The resolution of the main camera is 2 Mpix. WiFi, GPS and FM radio are supported, while the wired headset is used as an antenna. The only plus, if you can call it that, is the modern OS Android 4.4.2.

The set of pre-installed applications is quite standard, with the exception, perhaps - free internet Security by Kaspersky Lab. All preinstalled apps are visible in the following screenshot:

Smartphone performance in the same AnTuTu is predictable, ~ 10,000 "parrots":

Give here tests of a single 2 Mpix camera, GPS, etc. - perhaps it does not make sense, because in terms of camera, everyone probably knows what 2 MPix is. Using the same GPS on this phone is a bit inconvenient due to the small size of the screen and the quality of the matrix. If you hang the phone on a car mount on the windshield, then, for example, I don’t see much there, because. firstly, everything is very small, and secondly, when the viewing angle changes, the image significantly loses brightness / contrast, or even color inversion occurs, and thirdly, positioning accuracy, in comparison even with the same Megafon Login 3 tablet , a little lame.

As a summary: An event happened that everyone had been waiting for so long - finally, the “mythical” Megafon Login 3 appeared on sales. “Mythical” - because there were a lot of rumors about what kind of device it could be on the Internet. Someone hoped that Login 3 would appear LTE support and that the smartphone will be a worthy replacement for the Megafon 4G Turbo archival model, someone was just waiting for a high-quality smartphone with a large screen, similar to MTS Smart Run for example (which for some reason users recognized as the best operator smartphone of 2014 - according to the results, by the way, in the category "Best operator smartphone" - Smart Run - 1st place, Megaphone Optima- 2nd place and Beeline Smart 3 - 3rd) ... But neither one nor the other happened. Under the proud name of Megafon Login 3, the operator presented us with actually the same 3.5 "Login 2, only "a little differently." I would say the same I ... however, I won’t. The profile is already clear. In total - we got a 3.5 "smart , with Android 4.4.2, dual-core MediaTek MT6572M (1 GHz), 512 Mb RAM and 2 Mpix main camera at a price of 2490 rubles. This is in 2015, the year when all operators, including Megafon, for the same price, you can find a 4 "smartphone - moreover, unlocked for the operator. You don't have to go far for examples, on the same Megafon website - ZTE V815, the same 2490, but 4" and no simlock.

For a smartphone with similar characteristics, besides "locked" to the operator, the price is clearly too high. If we compare it with branded models from other manufacturers, then an adequate price for a device with similar characteristics can be seen at MTS in the MTS 970 model. The price stated on the official website is 890 rubles. (here it is really worth noting that this smartphone has already been withdrawn from sales and it is unrealistic to purchase it at this price new). If Megafon changed the conditions for acquiring Megafon Login 3, for example, the same 2490 rubles. of which 1000 rubles. the phone itself, and 1490 rubles. on account - then the proposal would be interesting. In the current version, under the same conditions, I would simply buy a ZTE V815 or any other 4" model.

Just yesterday (02/16/2015) Megafon appeared in the communication stores Smartphone Login 3, he continues the line of branded phones from the operator Megafon, but this time with very mediocre characteristics. Price this smartphone in our opinion, it is overpriced and amounts to 3251 rubles. Manufacturer Smartphone Login 3 is Huizhou Debang Industrial Co. Ltd. Has a black body. I would also like to note that the price of the smartphone itself is 2490 rubles, but it is not sold without an additional tariff.

Let's now see what we got by paying 3251 rubles. It was at this price that we got Megafon Login 3.

The phone works under Android control 4.4, RAM only 512MB. Equipped with a processor from the manufacturer MediaTek - dual-core MediaTek MT6572M with clock frequency 1GHz, Video accelerator, as in the entire budget sector Mali-400 MP. The built-in modem in the 3G network will allow you to download files up to 21Mbps, and send files up to 5.76Mbps.

On the display, the manufacturer definitely decided to save money, the screen size is 3.5 "with a resolution of 320x480 pixels and the number of colors 262.1 thousand.

Although the built-in memory is 4GB, only 2GB is allocated to the user for everyday tasks, which is very small in our time. So after buying a smartphone, immediately think about purchasing a MicroSD card, since the amount of supported MicroSD memory is up to 32GB.

In the tab about the phone is listed as - MegaFon Login 3

Megafon Login 3 has only one camera with a resolution of 2MP, a little later we will post how this camera shoots.

Smartphone Login 3, like others modern phones, equipped with 2G/3G module, Wi-Fi, GPS and FM radio. It has a 1200mAh battery. Charger mediocre quality at 500mA.

The case is made of plastic and has overall dimensions: 117x62x11 mm, weighs 111g.

It is difficult for us to judge for whom this phone is intended, suppose that for schoolchildren who have this phone will be the first in their lives. Although, on the other hand, it is doubtful for parents to give 3251 rubles for this miracle of Chinese thought. However, we have no right to impose our opinion on everyone and everyone chooses a phone for certain tasks.

Unlock / unlock smartphone Megafon Login 3

Like all branded phones are blocked under the operator, Megafon Login 3 is no exception. If you insert a SIM card of a "foreign" operator (MTS, Beeline, Tele2) and turn on the phone, you will see the following request on the screen: Enter the unlock code (Remaining: 100).

To get the unlock code, you need to do the following:

1. To read the data necessary to receive an unlock code for a Megafon Login 3 smartphone, you will need one that contains the program SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1352.01, device drivers MT65xx Preloader, PreLoader USB VCOM Port - mtk_xp_vista_7_8_x32_x64.zip and MT6572_Android_scatter.txt(Scatter markup file). If you are reading this manual, then you already have the necessary files in your hands.

2. Unpack the downloaded archive into a separate folder.

3. You should get the following contents of the archive:

  • mtk_xp_vista_7_8_x32_x64.zip- archive with drivers for the device MT65xx Preloader, PreLoader USB VCOM Port. By the way, all operating systems are supported, ie. I installed the driver data without any problems even on Windows 8.1 x64
  • MT6572_Android_scatter.txt- Scatter file for the flash driver, containing partition markings.

4. We will not need other files and folders from the archive. The first thing we do is launch the SP Flash Tool (flash_tool.exe file in the folder of the same name).

5. Immediately after the launch, go to the Download tab and click on the Scatter Loading button, where we select our MT6572_Android_scatter.txt file. As a result, you should have everything as in the picture:

6. Immediately after that, click on the Readback tab.

7. Here we press the Add button twice, as a result, you will have two lines in the list, as shown in the figure:

8. Double click on the first line. After that, you will see a window with a choice of a file name for saving, by default the name ROM_0 is suggested there, leave everything as it is and click the "OK" / "Save" button. You will see the Readback block start address window (as shown in the screenshot above). Fill in the parameters without errors: Start Address: 0x1500000, Length: 0xA00000.

9. Then click on the second line, leave ROM_1 in the file name, and specify Start Address in the parameters: 0x1000000, Length: 0x500000.

10. As a result, everything should look exactly like in the picture above. If everything is correct, click the Read Back button.

11. The program will go into the device connection waiting mode.

12. Turn off the phone (this is mandatory, i.e. the phone should turn off completely). Then we connect it to the PC.

13. At the time of connection, an unknown MT65xx PreLoader device will be detected in you and the OS will offer you to install drivers for it. The picture below clearly shows this. It is better to open the device manager immediately before connecting the phone in order to "catch" the moment the MT65xx PreLoader appears. If the device appears, and the OS does not offer to automatically install drivers, then this must be done manually by clicking right click mouse on the MT65xx PreLoader.

14. Select "Search for drivers on this computer" and specify the folder in which the unpacked contents of the mtk_xp_vista_7_8_x32_x64.zip archive are located (that is, by this time you should unpack the archive somewhere). After the drivers are successfully installed, the picture in the device manager should change to this:
Those. unknown device MT65xx PreLoader, after installing the drivers, is detected by the system as a PreLoader USB VCOM Port in the "Ports (COM and LPT)" section. To proceed to the next step, you must make sure that you have a virtual COM port in your system.

15. After that, the process of reading data will start in the SP Flash Tool, it takes a few seconds. If the process of reading the data did not start, for example, if you installed drivers "for too long" after connecting the phone, disconnect the phone from the PC, set all the parameters again in the SP Flash Tool and click the Read back button to wait for the phone to connect. Then connect your phone.

16. When the data reading is completed successfully, you will see the Download OK message:

17. As a result, two files will appear in the SP Flash Tool folder - ROM_0 and ROM_1.

18. Run the Login 3 Phone Reader Tool program and specify the path to both files, then click the Read button in it:

19. If you did everything right, then Login 3 Phone Reader Tool will give you IMEI and Encrypted block, which can be used to purchase an unlock code. Please note, if for some reason you could not get this data, do not purchase an unlock code, because. to receive it, you must specify IMEI and Encrypted block.

20. After payment and entering data, you will receive an NCK unlock code, which will be placed in the paid item section:

21. Insert the SIM card of a "foreign" operator into the phone and, to request a code, enter the code received from us.

The weak point of Megafon Login 3 is the amount of permanent memory. However, it can be increased by microSD cards. The resolution also falls short of the usual level (you should not rely on Samsung here). But all the shortcomings are more than covered by the price.

Contents of delivery

In the box with the tablet, in addition to the instructions, only a short Micro-USB cable was found and network adapter(5 V, 1.5 A).

Equipment is minimal, which is to be expected.

Design

Megafon Login 3 with its appearance evokes associations with the "ultra-budget" Ritmix RMD-758. While the design differences between the two tablets are significant, general principles are easily guessed. Large margins, economical rough plastic as the main material, stamped metal plate to stand out.

Wide bezels on all sides make the tablet comfortable to use in any orientation.

Above the display, we see a slot for the earpiece and a camera lens, and between them there is an LED indicator. During charging, it lights up red, but, unfortunately, it does not inform about missed calls.

Most of the rear panel is occupied by a metal insert with longitudinal embossing. It is inscribed in a monolithic plastic part. This arrangement of parts is a compromise between the "sandwich" option (rear panel + edge + front panel) and the classic unibody case, in which two panels are adjacent to each other without intermediaries. This approach allows you to achieve a balance between reliability and low cost design.

Most of the interface elements are located at the top of the plastic insert. In the corner is the lens of the rear camera. On the other hand, there are spring-loaded slots for Mini-SIM and microSD cards hidden by a flap. The set of connectors is minimal: Micro-USB and headphone output; there was also a place for a forced reboot hole.

The rear speaker is neatly inscribed in the protruding part of the metal panel. Its maximum volume is low. In addition, it is noticeably muffled when the tablet is on the table. Based on the sound quality, it is suitable only for speech transmission, in more demanding scenarios, distortion occurs at high volume.

Mechanical buttons on the left side can not be called comfortable, because they require considerable effort to press and at the same time have a narrow shape. And their operation is accompanied by a loud click. There is also a microphone hole on this side. It can be assumed that talking on the tablet, holding it in your left hand, will be inconvenient. But during testing, we made sure that this does not affect the quality of communication.

The Megafon Login 3 is assembled with high quality: there are no extended slots between the parts, the plug fits tightly and does not start to play after several uses. When trying to bend the tablet, a quiet creak is heard, but you can not take it into account. The only disappointment, perhaps, was the mechanical buttons.

The front surface of the screen is made in the form of a glass plate with a mirror-smooth surface, resistant to scratches. Judging by the brightness of reflected objects, anti-glare properties of the screen are worse than those of Google Nexus 7 (2013) (hereinafter simply Nexus 7). For clarity, here is a photo in which a white surface is reflected in the off screens of both tablets (Megafon Login 3 is on the right, further they can be distinguished by the presence of non-removable button icons for this tablet):

The screen of Megafon Login 3 is noticeably lighter. Reflection in the screen is tripled, which suggests the presence of an air gap between the surface of the matrix and the outer glass. On the outer surface of the screen maybe there is a special oleophobic (grease-repellent) coating, but its effectiveness is extremely low, so the finger slides poorly on the screen, fingerprints are removed with difficulty, but appear instantly.

With manual brightness control, its maximum value was about 280 cd/m², and the minimum 43 cd/m². The maximum brightness is low, and, given the weak anti-glare properties, at bright daylight the image on the screen will be indistinguishable. In complete darkness, the brightness can be lowered to a comfortable level. There is no automatic brightness control by light sensor. At any brightness level, there is no significant backlight modulation, so there is no screen flicker.

This tablet uses matrix type IPS . Micrographs show a typical IPS subpixel structure:

For comparison, you can see the gallery of microphotographs of screens used in mobile technology.

The screen has good viewing angles without significant color shift even at large deviations of the view from the perpendicular to the screen and without inverting (except for the very darkest when looking down in portrait orientation) shades. For comparison, here are photographs in which the same images are displayed on the screens of the Nexus 7 and the tested tablet, while the brightness of both screens is set to about 200 cd / m², and the color balance on the camera is forcibly switched to 6500 K. The test image is perpendicular to the screens:

The color balance is noticeably different and the colors of Megafon Login 3 are slightly less saturated. And the white box:

It can be visually seen that the brightness and color tone on the Megafon Login 3 screen are slightly uneven in area. Now at an angle of about 45 degrees to the plane and to the side of the screen:

It can be seen that the colors and brightness balance have not changed much in both tablets, but in Megafon Login 3 the contrast has decreased to a greater extent due to black highlighting and a strong decrease in image brightness. There are also signs of inversion of the darkest shades. Then a white box:

The brightness at an angle for both tablets has noticeably decreased (at least 5 times, based on the difference in shutter speed), but in the case of Megafon Login 3, the screen brightness at this angle is noticeably lower. The black field, when deviated diagonally, is highlighted strongly and acquires a yellowish or red-violet hue. A photo from the Nexus 7 for comparison shows this (the brightness of the white areas in the perpendicular direction for both tablets is approximately the same):

And from another angle:

With a perpendicular view, the uniformity of black is average:

Contrast (approximately in the center of the screen) is high - 1100:1 . The response time for the black-white-black transition is 26 ms (14 ms on + 12 ms off). The transition between 25% and 75% grayscale (according to the numerical value of the color) and back takes a total of 40 ms. The gamma curve constructed from 32 points with an equal interval according to the numerical value of the shade of gray did not reveal a blockage either in the highlights or in the shadows. Approximation exponent power function is 2.54, which is higher standard value 2.2 (that is, the picture is slightly darkened), while the real gamma curve deviates significantly from the power dependence:

Color gamut narrower than sRGB:

Apparently, the matrix filters mix the components together. The spectra confirm this:

This technique allows you to increase the brightness of the screen with the same energy consumption for backlighting. As a result, the colors of images - drawings, photographs and films - oriented to the sRGB space (and the vast majority of them) have slightly reduced saturation. The balance of shades on the gray scale is a compromise, since the color temperature is significantly higher than the standard 6500 K, but the deviation from the blackbody spectrum (ΔE) is less than 10, which is considered a good indicator for a consumer device. At the same time, the variation in color temperature and ΔE is small, which has a positive effect on the visual perception of color balance. The dark areas of the gray scale can be ignored, since the color balance is not of great importance there, and the measurement error of color characteristics at low brightness is large.

Let's summarize. The maximum brightness of this screen is low, anti-reflective properties are weak, as a result, on a clear day on the street, the screen will become unreadable. No automatic brightness adjustment, so the user will have to adjust it manually (if at all necessary in this case). Advantages can be no screen flicker, high contrast and - in visual assessment - good color balance. The disadvantages are the following: poor black stability to the deviation of the gaze from the perpendicular to the surface of the screen, average black field uniformity, reduced color gamut. Economical version of the screen on the IPS-matrix.

Operating system

Megafon Login 3 is running a fresh android versions, 4.4.4. The manufacturer only expanded basic set software, no noteworthy changes were made to the OS interface.

Almost all additional services are directly related to Megafon. Among them we note cloud storage"MegaDisk", which provides 2 GB of free space for free. Traffic mobile internet"Megafon" when working with it is not taken into account. In addition, Login 3 is preinstalled with mobile version kaspersky antivirus

From 4 GB internal memory less than half of the tablet is available to the user, only 1.84 GB. Megafon Login 3 turns on for a long time, almost a full minute. The operating system does not work perfectly: sometimes there is no reaction to touch, sometimes the animation freezes, and the Play Store often slows down. But in general, this does not create serious interference.

Platform and Performance

The operation of Megafon Login 3 is provided by a single-chip Qualcomm system Snapdragon 200, model MSM8210 (same as used in the recently tested Nokia X2 smartphone).

Let's start evaluating performance with JavaScript tests.

In terms of processor performance, the MSM8210 is only slightly inferior to the MT8389; the benefit of two extra cores of the latter is almost negligible.

But the difference in the number of cores makes itself felt in complex benchmarks. In addition, Login 3 is seriously inferior to RMD-758 also in the RAM multitasking test. According to the results of this group of tests, our hero is approximately on par with the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite.

MobileXPRT's second score from OS GUI benchmarks is in line with our impressions of the android work. OK, but nothing more. Let's move on to gaming benchmarks.

Due to the permission, Megafon again bypasses Ritmix. The only exception was Epic Citadel in High Quality mode, where the benchmark did not want to overcome the bar of fifty frames per second.

It is difficult to navigate by Basemark X and Bonsai Benchmark, the results are completely different.

GFXBenchmark Manhattan HD (Offscreen)1.3 fps- - -
GFXBenchmark Manhattan HD (Onscreen)4.5 fps- - -

A noteworthy fact: in the most demanding Manhattan HD scene on OpenGL ES 3.0, our hero showed the same result as Ritmix's competitor in the less demanding T-Rex HD on OpenGL ES 2.0. Part of this can be attributed to the difference in resolution, but it seems that even in identical conditions, the Snapdragon 200 would still be a little faster.

But even this small potential of a single-chip system makes it difficult to reveal the amount of internal memory. About to install real games, we removed almost everything from it, with the exception of a couple of small applications, and still the first game on the list, Asphalt 8, refused to install. In everyday use, when there will be even less free memory, it remains to be content with only modest-sized toys. Dead Trigger 2 from our test suite fits into their number, which sometimes slows down on Megafon Login 3.

Video playback test

To test the display of video files on the screen of the device itself, we used a set of test files with an arrow and a rectangle moving one division per frame (see "Methodology for testing video signal playback and display devices. Version 1 (for mobile devices)"). Screenshots with a shutter speed of 1 s helped to determine the nature of the output frames of video files with different parameters: resolution (1280 × 720 (720p) and 1920 × 1080 (1080p) pixels) and frame rate (24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps) varied. With). In tests, we used the MX Player video player in Hardware+ mode. The test results are summarized in the table:

FileUniformityPasses

1080/50pBadlylot

Note: If both columns Uniformity and Passes green ratings are set, this means that, most likely, when watching movies, artifacts caused by uneven alternation and dropping frames will either not be visible at all, or their number and visibility will not affect viewing comfort. Red marks indicate possible problems associated with the playback of the respective files.

Intervals between frames (or groups of frames) in most cases alternate slightly unevenly, 50 and 60 fps files play with frame drops, and 1080p 60 fps files do not play at all. When playing video files with a resolution of 720p or 1080p and an aspect ratio of 16:9, the image of the video file itself is displayed exactly on the wide border of the screen. The brightness range displayed on the screen corresponds to the standard range of 16-235 - all gradations of shades are displayed in the shadows and in the highlights.

The regular tablet player is not able to open MKV clips with H.264 at all, but it easily decodes AC3 tracks. It's good that the "Hardware +" decoder is available in MX Player, which solves all problems (when using the software decoder, the last three files in the list are very slow).

Wireless support

Megafon Login 3 supports Internet access via single-band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. In addition, the tablet implements wide communication capabilities of a single-chip system. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC includes a Qualcomm Gobi 3G modem so you can make calls with your tablet. The quality of communication during a conversation is not bad, the interlocutor is heard clearly and without distortion, although additional volume would not hurt the conversational dynamics. On the part of the interlocutor, there are no problems with the perception of voice.

Megafon Login 3, as expected, only works with Megafon SIM cards. There is no information about the possibility of unlocking yet, enthusiasts continue to look for an effective method.

The navigation capabilities of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200, implemented using Qualcomm Izat technology, have already been sung by us in the review of Nokia X2. Megafon Login 3 determines its location in less than a minute after turning on the GPS and quickly establishes a connection with many GPS satellites, Glonass and Beidou.

Completes the set of supported Bluetooth 4.0 communication standards. Connection external drives via USB OTG is not supported, and this is one of the few disadvantages of a single-chip system.

cameras

Megafon Login 3 is equipped with two cameras - front (0.3 MP) and rear. The maximum resolution of her pictures is 2048×1536 (3.2 MP). The photos are fuzzy, you can immediately see that the camera is installed "for show".

The text captured by the camera can only be deciphered if you photograph it in small pieces, since the camera does not have autofocus and its resolution is low.

The tablet is also capable of shooting 720p video (MPEG-4 (Base Media), 11.6 Mbps, 1280×720, 14,283 fps; audio: AAC (LC), 96 Kbps, 48 kHz, 2 channels), but low bitrate and frame rate call into question its practical application.

Offline work

The battery capacity of Megafon Login 3 is 3500 mAh - the same as that of Ritmix RMD-758. The charge is consumed not too smoothly, but you can navigate the graph with some error.

We were unable to test the duration of the game mode, because after some time after the launch of the Guided Tour in Epic Citadel, the tablet itself rebooted.

The Snapdragon 200 platform is characterized by a more balanced battery consumption: the gap between reading and video modes is smaller here than in other SoCs. There is speculation that in gaming mode, the Snapdragon would beat almost all competitors, but due to problems with Epic Citadel, we did not find out. In general, for a budget tablet, the last mode in the table is the most relevant, and here Megafon, along with Ainol, settled in outsiders.

Charging the tablet from a standard adapter takes about three and a half hours. From the computer, the tablet is charged without problems.

conclusions

We recently wrote about another "best" offer from another mobile operator. Of course, Megafon with the new Login 3 looks more interesting. This tablet has 3G, phone functions are implemented, although it is not the best, it is still an IPS-matrix. As a result, Megafon Login 3 does not fail at any test point and stably holds its budget positions. Thanks to excellent navigation performance and wide communication capabilities Megafon Login 3 can be recommended as a car navigator. Especially if in the first two months after the purchase you plan to actively travel around Russia.

Yes, our life consists of acquisitions. Today, many people cannot imagine life without a smartphone or tablet. These devices help to maintain relationships with our dear and beloved people who are quite far away. But financial opportunities do not always coincide with our real needs. OJSC "Megafon Retail" came close to solving this problem, having received good feedback from trial models, launched a range of budget smartphones and tablets.

Another successful solution is a smartphone

We will pay special attention to the Megafon Login 3 phone. The device is intended for a wide range of users. According to its characteristics, appearance and the location of the side buttons, similar to the previously presented equipment of this cycle, but there are some changes.

  1. The operating system of the device is 4.4, improved.
  2. The main camera is 2 MP, which is a bit embarrassing, but upon closer examination of the phone and the reviews, it is clear that it is really intended for everyone, from a toddler to an elderly person.
  3. Became thinner, lighter: size 117x62x11 mm, weight 111 gr.
  4. The battery capacity of 1200 mAh, according to user reviews, holds a charge for a day, fully charged in 2 hours.

Communication support, 3G Internet, data transfer is common for these devices. Convenient side buttons. The display is touch-sensitive, capacitive, 3.5 diagonal, 480x320 format, this can be said to be a standard solution, it has not undergone any changes, and they are not needed in a series of these models. RAM 512 GB, built-in 4 GB, the number of cores - 2, the ability to use the built-in microSD card up to 32 GB, great for such a device. The number of Sim-cards - one and only Megafon - is the company's calling card. Smartphone Megafon Login 3 has a standard package, it is also provided in tablets.

Megaphone is a button for calling positive emotions

Cheap. Indeed, judging by the reviews of the owners, the cost of this phone does not exceed 3,000 rubles, provided that it has rather good characteristics. In general, the Login series is presented in a large consumer field: tablets, smartphones, phablets. And all this at a low price and good quality.
