No Man`s Sky Tips / No Man`s Sky Guide / how to get to the center of the universe / how to make money / why animals are needed in No Mans Sky - Game2Day

No Man`s Sky literally blows up the gaming community. The most obvious proof of this is Steam statistics. So, for example, 212 thousand people played at the same time in No Man`s Sky. This is twice as much as that of the closest NMS pursuer - XCOM (133 thousand). The game is not linear and writing one big guide on it will not work. But there are enough useful tips for the game. Game2Day has combined the most needed tips into one material. Ready for space adventures? Go!

Tip #1: Be sure to find the Antimatter recipe as soon as possible

Antimatter is needed to improve the hyperdrive. The pumped hyperdrive allows you to move faster and farther in the universe. And this is the main advantage for space explorers. Now antimatter can simply be bought at any trading post for 48,000 Units. You know what to do.

After the initial training, special markers will be available on the map. Follow them to get the resource crafting formula and start production.

Tip #2: How to get to the center of the universe faster without cheats

To get to the center of the universe faster than others, you must follow the Atlas quest line. We assemble the hyperdrive (for this you need a dynamic resonator and 200 units of Gerilium). Next, craft a Warp Cell with Tamium9 and Antimatter. You can upgrade your hyperdrive with the Warp Reactor V1. How to do it? Look for aliens on space stations and choose the most life-threatening option during dialogues. Agree to experiments on yourself, for example.

The second way to get the Warp Reactor V1 requires more effort. It will be necessary to look for damaged equipment around the planet. Look for caches with random ship modifications, they are marked with black smoke or flashing blue lights.

Look for the Space Anomaly (they look like the Death Stars from Star Wars). When meeting the Anomaly, you need to fly into the station and talk with the alien. He will offer you three options: resources, a map of a shortcut to the center of the universe, or resuming the path to the Atlas. You need to choose the third option, and do the same for each Anomaly. And finally, save all the Atlas Stones you find.

Tip #3: Feed Animals

Feeding animals is not just a hobby. It can lead to farming rare resources like Omegon or Calium. If an animal becomes attached to a character, it can bring resources to a place or start producing them itself.

Tip #4: Circle the planet to get to remote locations

You don't have to walk all over the planet. Especially over long distances. It's a boring and tedious waste of time, even with a jetpack. Get into orbit and fly around the planet in 30 seconds instead of 5-6 minutes.

Tip number 5: a sharp turn of the ship

If you hit the brakes hard, you can deploy your shuttle in a couple of seconds. This maneuver is just perfect for fighting pirates, or for pirates if you suddenly decide to become space Jack Sparrow (Captain Jack Sparrow, of course).

To save time in flight between systems, the Pulse Engine can be fueled with Tamium9, which is mined from asteroids. After receiving a portion of the rays from the ship's blaster, the asteroid will fall apart, and you will replenish your fuel supply. Copper or gold is also mined from asteroids, they can be sold for good money.

Tip #7: Making Money

The first way to make easy money is to become a speculator. We buy the entire range of items in the markets of space stations and sell them to visitors in the hangar. Prices are constantly jumping up and down, it remains only to wait for a good offer and make a deal.

The second way is more complicated. But the loot is worth it. Hunting for cargo ships and planetary bases will give you a whole lot of loot if you manage to get through the defenses and guards.

Tip #8: Trade Routes Are Your Ways

Alien ships regularly travel from stations to planets. If you follow them, you can track down the landing sites of these ships and find trading posts or large deposits of useful resources there. Both are good for development. The flight lines of the ships are barely visible, so you should be more careful.

Tip #9: After death, come back for your things

That which cannot die dead, but rises again, stronger and stronger than before. The commandment of the Drowned God from Game of Thrones also works in No Man`s Sky. Someday the game character will still die and be reborn in another place, without things and resources. After the resurrection, it is best to return to the place of your death and pick up your good.

Tip #10: Jetpack is everything

If a character falls into a crater or a pit during his research, it doesn't matter. Jetpack will help. You just need to get closer to the wall and press the jetpack button, which will pull the unlucky traveler up. On this, perhaps, it is worth ending. Good luck in passing!
