This is not a boast that I snatched for 5 cents, but a review and review of a decent headset.

Now let's move on to the sound quality. In a word, I have almost nothing to compare with. On the table are senhi cx300 and a headset for Sony phone. What can I say, before buying a Sony headset, it seemed to me more or less tolerable, but now I want to use it at all. As for the Senkhs, there is a little competition here. Subjectively - senkhs have a larger range, due to which they bass and whistle more at maximum volume, which is not a pleasure. Nubia are a little more restrained in this regard, but at the same time they do not stand modestly on the sidelines. The bass is deep, but not as tight as on senkhs, there is no whistling and wheezing when listening to music, and I tested mainly on Klint-Diamond compositions.
In general, the difference in sound between Nubia and CX300 is not big, but the former is closer to me than the latter. In general, it is difficult to try to explain the sound in words, so recently I read here that the sound can be “Meaty”. I don’t know if it’s meaty here, but the sound quality delivers.
And a small flashback to the microphone - he is just good when he spoke on it, they heard me perfectly, but did not have time to check it in windy windy weather, maybe he will turn out to be useless.

However, better headphones soon appeared, against which the Nubia faded, and I gave them to my nephew. Unfortunately, they did not last long with him, unable to withstand washing in his pants pocket.
I have warm memories of those headphones, and now I decided to get acquainted with the newer model from Nubia.
On the store page, the description is rather short, a lot of marketing and little specifications:

Headphones are comfortable for everyday wear. The medium ear cups fit me well. As a result, the ears do not get tired, the headphones do not fall out. To be honest, I rarely have problems with the fit of the headphones. But all sorts of newfangled “anatomical” ones with a behind-the-ear fit, such as the KZ-ZS3, didn’t come in at all.
Let's move on to the most interesting.
Sound.
After unpacking, photographing and listening to the headphones, I put them aside for a couple of weeks. The memory left the impression that the sound is somewhat rustic, and rather bassy.
Before the review, I decided to update my impressions. Connecting headphones to my daily Asus smartphone Zenfone Max. This smartphone is very capricious in terms of sound in headphones. Moreover, the equalizer usually does not help from the word "absolutely". But this time I heard a very unpleasant sound. Ear-cutting high, thumping out of place basses. Weird. And then I decided to try to connect a headphone amplifier. For the first time I felt such a clear effect from this device. The headphones sounded very good, with a bit harsh highs. This is strange, because I am reviewing not just headphones, but a headset designed to play on any smartphone. And here it is simply impossible to listen without an amplifier.
Okay, now I'm connecting to the flagship of past years Xiaomi smartphone mi5. Another thing is done, no amplifier is needed here. The sound is light and clear. Bass is a bit lacking for my taste, but overall it's good.
Let's move on to listening on portable players.
I'll start with xDuoo X2.
At first I was glad - what a soft, rich, pleasant sound.
Then I listened more. And the sound is somehow muddy, as if coming through a layer of cotton wool. Light instrumental music sounds so-so. There is also no sub-bass at all. Therefore, dance tracks also “do not enter”.
In general, on this player you can listen to music as a background when moving along the street, but it is unlikely that you will be able to enjoy it thoughtfully.
Now I connect headphones to Xuelin iHiFi 700 with Rockbox installed.
The latter is important, since I can adjust the character of the sound over a wide range.
First I turned on the dance collection. The sound is “no” again, there is no sub-bass at all. added low frequencies in the settings, but that didn't help either. Already a little disappointed, I went to listen to traditional Classic and Modern CD compilations.
Wow! And it sounds good! All frequencies and detail are in place. The double bass part is heard almost completely.
Turned on another dance collection. Here the bottoms are hammered not like a child, I had to return the bass settings to the previous level.
On average, there were the following impressions from the headphones: high frequencies reproduce fully with a tendency to sonority, but without excessive sharpness and distortion. MIDs are almost always in the background, somewhat muffled. But the bottoms can be completely muddy and indistinct, or they can be quite full-fledged and energetic, here it already depends heavily on the source and musical material.
These are such ambiguous headphones. It is clear that you should not expect anything special from an inexpensive model, but not every buyer is prone to adventurism and has several sound sources available at once.
