All these sites are built according to the same scheme: an advertisement for a “mobile scanner” is given (even laudatory reviews are given of those who allegedly downloaded and installed a “mobile scanner” on their phone!) And they immediately offer to download it, and some sites offer "Download mobile scanner absolutely free right now, and no need to send sms!..".

And the phrase "Mobile human scanner using a unique technology" immediately aroused a great desire to test this technology in action.

Since it was initially clear that hundreds of rubles would be debited from our mobile phone account, we mentally prepared for this loss and went to the site mobile-scanner [dot] ru.

Judging by the design of the site, it can be assumed that it was made by the same people who, until recently, were extracting significant sums from subscribers by offering to read their friends' sms. However, it is clear that they no longer tried as they did before. The page with the user agreement is empty, there is not even ICQ on the contact page, only a boring form feedback- write and wait for an answer.
